Return & Exchange Policy

VUZUGU is built as equipment, and we stand behind every pair. If the fit or the shoe isn't right, returns and size exchanges are free within 90 days — no restocking fees, no friction.

Eligibility

You have 90 days from the day your order arrives to start a return or exchange.

Take your time with the fit — trying your shoes on and wearing them indoors is completely fine. As long as they come back clean and undamaged, we'll take them back; we just can't accept pairs that are heavily soiled or worn through outdoor use. The original box helps, and your order confirmation is all you need as proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Email brightway@vuzugu.com with your order number. We'll reply with a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Returns are free — the label is on us.

Please wait for your label before sending anything back. Packages returned without an authorized label can't be processed.

Size exchanges

Sizing is the most common reason people reach out, and we keep it simple. Email brightway@vuzugu.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll send a prepaid label for your original pair and arrange the replacement — no shipping cost either way.

Damaged or wrong item

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email brightway@vuzugu.com right away and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.
